Position Overview

We are always seeking new creative and passionate Content Creators to join the team at Outdoor Eye. As a Content Creator, you will play a key role in developing engaging and compelling content that resonates with audiences and elevates our customers’ brands. Your creativity and storytelling skills will be instrumental in crafting content across various platforms, including social media, blogs, and marketing materials.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute content strategies that align with our brand goals and objectives.
Create high-quality, engaging, and original content for social media, blogs, websites, and other digital platforms.
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop content ideas and campaigns.
Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities.
Edit and proofread content to ensure it meets high standards of quality and accuracy.
Monitor and analyse content performance metrics to optimize and improve future content strategies.
Maintain a consistent brand voice and style across all individual customers’ content.
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar role.
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
Ability to create engaging content that aligns with brand messaging and objectives.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh and innovative ideas.
Excellent research and organizational skills.
Proficiency in content management systems and digital marketing tools.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred

Experience in the fishing tackle industry or related outdoor fields.

Marketing Assistant - Remote Working

Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team at Outdoor Eye. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our marketing efforts and ensuring the smooth execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Your organizational skills, creativity, and passion for marketing will be key in helping us achieve our brand and business goals.

Responsibilities

Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies.
Support the creation and management of content for social media, websites, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitor activities.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize and improve campaigns.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and effective implementation of marketing projects.
Maintain and update marketing databases, including customer and lead information.
Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and reports.
Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a marketing role or internship is preferred.
Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
